Our journey so far...
Since launching in 2009, Meet has grown into a global leader in providing bespoke talent solutions to the Life Sciences industry.
Guided by the belief that Life Sciences Affects Us All, we’ve expanded from our first London office to an international footprint, opening new locations, launching specialist divisions, and strengthening our capabilities worldwide.
At every stage of our journey, we’ve invested in our people, our culture, and the infrastructure that supports our growth, all while providing bespoke talent solutions to the Life Sciences industry to drive it forward.

2009 - The beginning
From our first London office, our founders launched Meet - the talent provider that was all about people and experts in Life Sciences. -
2021 - Launched Our Contract Division
We expanded our recruitment offering by launching our Contract Division, providing flexible staffing solutions to meet the Life Sciences industry's evolving needs. -
2015 - Our US Debut
Our journey went global as we crossed the Atlantic and opened our first US office in New York. -
2016 - Biotech Bay
The West Coast called and we opened our first office in San Francisco. -
2018 - The Hub Launch
We’d outgrown our operations set-up, understanding how crucial back office support was to the success of Meet we launched The Hub, setting ourselves up for further global growth. -
2019 - Introducing Hannah Haigh
As one of the founders and Chief Operating Officer, it was a natural progression for Hannah, who had played a huge part in our growth, to become Meet's CEO. -
2020 - Another Key Hire
Anton Round was appointed Global Managing Director, after supporting the business as a consultant. He is now Meet's COO, Global Contract. -
2021 - New Purpose, New Investment
Our new purpose – Life Sciences affects us all – came out of our appreciation and renewed connection with Life Sciences post COVID-19. NorthEdge invested in us because of our understanding of the sector and our close client relationships. -
2021 - Hello, San Diego!
Our West Coast journey continued with the opening of our San Diego office. -
2024 - Fourth US Office Opens
Raleigh became home to our fourth US office, positioning us at the heart of one of the country’s fastest-growing Life Sciences regions. -
2025 - The Launch of Mx
We broadened our service offering that we had already been doing for decades but gave it its own identity with the launch of Mx, our dedicated executive search arm. -
2025 - Meet Our New CFOO
Chris joined Meet as Chief Financial and Operating Officer, bringing his expertise to the next stage of our growth. -
2026 - A New Chapter for Mike
After successfully contributing to the business the best part of 15 years, Mike Newman joined Meet's Board, leading our Global Permanent and Design strategy, expanding our offering Infinity by Meet: talent solutions for life sciences.
