What does ESG look like at Meet?

Creating a positive impact

From supporting our communities and championing inclusion to making more sustainable choices, we're committed to creating a positive impact for our people, our partners and the communities around us.

Who are we supporting?

Making a positive difference starts with the people and organizations around us. That's why we're proud to support charities, community initiatives and environmental partners that are creating meaningful change.

Maggies

We’re proud to support Maggie’s and their mission to provide expert care for people affected by cancer. Through fundraising and awareness efforts, we help ensure their vital support services remain accessible to those who need them most.

Programme One

As a founding member of Programme One, we’re helping tackle the underrepresentation of Black talent in recruitment. It’s about opening doors, creating opportunities, and making our industry fairer for everyone.

Positive Planet

We became carbon neutral in 2022 after partnering with Positive Planet to analyze our emissions. We’re now creating a roadmap towards achieving Net-zero so that, over time, we can reduce our carbon footprint and focus solely on offsetting unavoidable emissions.

Turning feedback into forests

As part of our continuous feedback strategy with Feefo, we plant a tree for every verified review we receive. It’s a simple way to give back while listening to our community and continually delivering the exceptional customer service we're known for.

How do we make our biggest events more responsible?

Our AGMs and company incentives are a big part of life at Meet, bringing our people together to celebrate success and spend time as one global team.

We also think about the environmental impact they create. That's why we put an additional 2–5% of the cost of travel from these events towards supporting local environmental charities, making an active contribution to the communities of which we are part of.

How are we building a workplace where everyone belongs?

We want Meet to be somewhere everyone feels welcome, respected and supported to be their true selves.

That's why we've created employee communities where people can connect, share experiences and learn from one another. These include Women Who Meet, our LGBTQ+ Community, Parents & Carers and our Neurodivergent Community, each providing opportunities to celebrate different perspectives and support one another.

Focused on connection, allyship, development and leadership opportunities for women across Meet,

Our Awareness Committee

Our Awareness Committee is employee-led and helps keep diversity and inclusion part of the conversation all year round at Meet. Through awareness campaigns, events and initiatives across the business, the committee brings people together, celebrates different perspectives and continues to shape how we continue to be an inclusive workplace.

How can you make an impact at Meet?

'Meet Makes an Impact' brings our people together through quarterly initiatives that support charities, celebrate global awareness events and encourage everyone to give back in ways that matter to them.
